Chapter Five

In chapter five the book included directories to publish student work. I have not had much extra free time to sit and try some of these websites out. I do a children's book project with my Algebra I class that I would like to possibly publish. Do you have any ideas or suggestions?

Effective Instructional Models

Chapter Three discusses effective instructional models for integrating the Internet into your curriculum. Which of these models have you used or would you be willing to try? What challenges might stand in your way of implementing them successfully?

Internet Safety

One of the ideas presented in Chapter Two was Internet Safety. The book talked about each school having an acceptable use policy. Does your school have a policy? Does it contain the following elements: an explanation of the Internet and its role, acceptable behavior when using the Internet, consequences, and a place for all parties to sign?
